Bumpers can be supplied as a bare shell or as a complete assembly with inserts, grilles and trim, depending on what is being studied.

Are body panels suitable for fitment testing?

Panels are supplied for benchmarking, R&D and fitment study. They are removed from production vehicles and their condition is documented per item.
