High-voltage hardware is the most regulated and least replaceable part of an electric car, which is exactly why it is worth studying when an example becomes available. This list collects the SU7 high-voltage stock on hand: the 101 kWh battery pack, the on-board charger, the charging port hardware and the vehicle harness runs.
What the high-voltage set covers
The battery side is anchored by the 101 kWh power battery pack, supported by a pack-level intelligent external excitation fuse and a separate starter battery. Charging is represented by the on-board charger, the charging port cover assembly and the OBC line with its DC-DC positive cable - the run that carries converted power back into the pack. The harness set is more complete than most listings manage: a full-vehicle harness, the chassis harness and a door harness, which together cover the routing, retention and connector strategy across three separate zones of the car. A rear drive motor assembly from the same vehicle is included for context on the traction side.
Parts list 10 items
High-voltage assemblies are stored and dispatched with their service connectors intact. Battery packs are heavy and are quoted with packed weight; the pack is offered for teardown and benchmarking rather than for direct reuse in a running vehicle.

Why these parts are studied
A pack of this size is best examined as a structure rather than a component: module count and arrangement, the busbar strategy between modules, and the crash load paths at the pack perimeter. The on-board charger is the more approachable target - note its rated power, whether it is a separate unit or integrated with the DC-DC converter, and how it is cooled. Harness sets are the most underrated benchmarking asset on this page: connector families, splice locations and the split between power and signal routing reveal more about platform strategy than any single part.
Availability and enquiries
Battery and charger assemblies are held as single units and are offered as-is for analysis. Ask for high-resolution photographs, connector close-ups or measured dimensions before committing.
